Sciatica are still problems to me. What can I try to relieve this, it will get better and how much ibuprofen (I take 4-200mg per day now) I can take in one day, so I can go easily? Um, I have the same problem (s) for the past 15 years. the best thing I’ve found is a recipe for “Nabumetone” 750 mg. 1 po bid. along with “Tramadol” 50 mg. 1 po bid. Both are non-narcotic. Get an inversion table. Use it twice a day. do not hang for a long time. invert yourself 5-10 times for 1-2 minutes at a time. It will take a while before you notice the effects of inversion, but it will provide you with relief. Happiness.

Reply gillianprowe Have you not send for Physiotherapy? What keeps the spine in alignment and strong the muscles. So it would be worth a physiotherapist, you get the right exercises and strengthen back muscles.
