Attention Women: PMS Relief Herb Pac Stops Cramps, Back Pain, and Bloating Naturally

Los Angles, CA (PRWEB) October 26, 2009

Pac Herbs announced today the release of its newest product, PMS Relief Herb Pac, created to help women suffering from mild to severe cases of PMS. PMS Relief soothes and naturally balances the body, aiding women to feel better quickly and for the duration of their period.

“I used to have horrible cramps with my period,” Linda S., said. “If I didn’t take a Tylenol or Motrin every hour I had a hard time functioning for the first two days because my cramps were so bad. Since I found PMS Relief Herb Pac, everything is better. I barely have cramps, I’m not an emotional mess and life is just easier. I love these herbs especially knowing it’s all natural ingredients.”

As many as 90% of all women deal with various degrees of PMS ranging from moderate to severe aches, pains, bloating, and emotional stress during their reproductive years. Reports show that as many as 40% have symptoms that are distressing enough to interfere with their daily lives.

There are various ways to manage the symptoms of PMS on an ongoing basis. Eating a well balanced diet, getting sufficient exercise, reducing stress, and getting enough sleep are all factors that can decrease PMS symptoms. Sometimes, even when we are trying to do everything right we still need additional support. PMS Relief Herb Pac is the perfect supplement to use at the onset on your menstrual cycle – one packet per day.

Many women suffering from PMS turn to over the counter drugs that only mask symptoms for a few short hours. The herbal ingredients found in PMS Relief Herb Pacs have several main functions. First they help move blood and energy. In Traditional Chinese Medicine, pain is the symptom that manifests when energy is stagnate, this includes menstrual pain. PMS Herb Pac includes herbs like cordyalis to help relieve the pain as well as frankincense and myrrh which relieve the blood stagnation. Licorice is included because it moderates spasms and alleviate pain, especially in the abdomen and legs.

Taking Chinese herbs is a natural way to boost the body’s ability to cope with the fluctuation of hormones as well as the natural rhythmic cycle. Herbs don’t mask PMS symptoms such as pain, cramps, and moodiness, but instead help the body work better by complementing the natural process. Herbs have all of the chemical constituents the body craves such as flavonoids polysaccharides, glycyrrhizin and tannins.

PMS Relief should be taken at the onset of pre menstrual symptoms and as necessary during the menstrual cycle. One packet a day is usually sufficient, but it is safe to take up to three times per day. Dissolve PMS Relief in warm water and drink as a tea, or place directly on the tongue and swallow. PMS Relief is fast acting and generally takes effect within 30 minutes. PMS Relief comes pre-measured and packed in 20-individual servings to ensure quality and freshness and can be purchased for $ 24.95 online at www.PacHerbs.com.

Lake Piru, CA (PRWEB) May 4, 2008

A continuing trend in modern movie making and television is the inclusion of gazebos. You can often find gazebos as a well placed backdrop, or perhaps even used as a main focal point in commercials, or the big screen.

Jim Pena, owner of Gazebo Accents, the west coast leading retailer of custom wood and vinyl gazebos agrees “I’ve been contacted numerous times this last 5 years to provide our unique gazebos for the entertainment industry” says Pena “the art directors in charge of designing the set are looking for gazebos that are contemporary and unique, that’s what we can provide for them.”

Famous Gazebos

Gazebos are familiar structures in movies because of their versatility, architectural, and aesthetic value. One of the most famous gazebos in the movies is the one used in the 1965 film the Sound of Music, which was a tall structure enclosed in glass. Another famous gazebo in the movies is the one from the 1959 crime/comedy film, The Gazebo. The Montacute House in South Somerset village in the United Kingdoms well known for its solidly-built garden houses that can be considered as gazebos also. A more current movie that features a gazebo is A Cinderella Story starring Hillary Duff, that gazebo coincidentally was designed and built by Gazebo Accents.

The Many Uses of Gazebos

Because gazebos are generally open air structures, they are great places for enjoying the breeze and admiring the view of the garden or park. Gazebos provide shade against the harsh sun on hot days and shelter on rainy days. They serve as gathering places where people can get together to talk or have tea. In parks, gazebos are used as bandstands or mini stages for holding programs and events. Gazebos also have aesthetic value. They are architectural structures that can instantly add character to a garden or any backyard. Traditionally, gazebos were luxuries found only in houses and estates of rich families. Today they can be found in the backyards of average people.

To choose your custom gazebo design, visit our website where you’ll find many of our popular rail patterns and options, or request a catalog for a more comprehensive look at what we offer.

Natural Remedies On The Rise

Natural Remedies On The Rise

Columbia, MD (PRWEB) February 3, 2006

In this town close to the famed NIH (National Institutes of Health), where all research for traditional medications and clinical trials for new medications begins, the tide is beginning to turn in favor of natural and herbal remedies.

Disclosures have made in the past year of dangerous side effects of medications previously thought to be safe, such as Vioxx, Celebrex and Bextra (pain medications), Accutane (acne medication), Prempro (Hormone Replacement Therapy – for menopause symptoms) and now Ortho-Evra (birth control patch). The Federal Drug Administration, or FDA, publishes information on recalled prescription medications or new medication warnings on their website. These revelations have led to increased consumer awareness about the safety of traditional prescription medications and less willingness by the public to take them. As a result, 5 out of 10 Americans are seeking out natural remedies to cure or manage their illnesses.

When Christine Ellstein started taking HRT, she felt immediate relief from her debilitating symptoms. “I had hot flashes like you wouldn’t believe,” she said. “I was irritable all the time – you can’t imagine how miserable I felt. And this was every day.” She recalls finding out from her doctor that, because of the medical risks of HRT, she should stop taking the drug. “I was absolutely devastated,” she says. “I couldn’t imagine going a whole day with those kinds of symptoms, let alone a week or month.” That’s when she began doing research on herbal remedies. She settled on a natural remedy containing a soy product that she found at http://www.resolts.com, and hasn’t looked back since. “I was so skeptical at first,” she says, “but the product really worked. I wouldn’t go back to prescription medication for anything.”

Christine’s is but one of thousands of people that have tried natural remedies with good results. Some people take herbal remedies not because of a medication warning, but because they say they just don’t trust that anyone knows what the long term effects of prescription medications will be.

If you are considering taking an herbal remedy for a medical condition:

1. Do your homework. Look for statistics and testimonials about the natural remedy on the Internet or in the Library. Ask your friends or someone you trust for their opinion.

2. Consult your doctor. Let him or her know your concerns about traditional medications and that you are considering an herbal remedy. Be aware that some doctors will not support you and be prepared to seek a second opinion if need be.

3. Once you decide on a natural remedy, pay attention to your body. If you don’t feel well when you take one, stop immediately and consult your doctor.

Other helpful information regarding natural remedies can be found at: http://www.resolts.com.

Tobacco Addicts Find New Hope in Natural Product Said to Address the Four Aspects of Addiction

Tobacco Addicts Find New Hope in Natural Product Said to Address the Four Aspects of Addiction

New Jersey (PRWEB) September 26, 2005

An Indian researcher may have the answer to tobacco addiction — perhaps the greatest killer in the world today. Although 60% of USA smokers say they would like to quit, only a few actually find the ‘ideal moment’ and the internal drive to undertake the process.

At least 43 of the 4,000 chemicals released into tobacco smoke are known carcinogens. Pulmonary cancer is the first disease we think about, but there are others including emphysema, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and oral diseases such as leucoplakia, laryngeal cancer, oral cancer and sub mucous fibrosa linked with the use of cigars and snuff (dipping) or chaw (chewing tobacco) as well as with cigarette smoking. Halitosis is also a symptom of tobacco use.

It is generally accepted that the narrowing of blood vessels caused by nicotine also contributes to high blood pressure, and that patients suffering from hypertension should be among the first to quit their tobacco habits. Snuff and chewing habits are no less dangerous than smoking – perhaps even more dangerous.

There are four aspects to tobacco addiction. Traditional therapies generally address only one or two of these. The components are (1) Taste of the tobacco, (2) Craving for nicotine — a body chemistry reaction to the toxin, nicotine, (3) the desire for the Kick of nicotine when smoke is inhaled and (4) the resurgence of Anxiety when tobacco is withdrawn, since tobacco use has an anti-psychotropic effect.

Life’s pressures beset us all, and it is not everyone who can handle them well without some kind of crutch. Unfortunately for many, that often takes the form of tobacco, with all of its negative health implications. Most tobacco users need a lot of help to give up their habit. Until recently, the type of help available has addressed only one or two of the four components of tobacco addiction.

Enter Rid-tobak onto the American scene. This herbal extract of six plants has been developed, improved and used over ten years in India by hundreds of allopathic practitioners as an aid to tobacco de-addiction. Several drops are taken orally and allowed to rest in the mouth for two minutes a few times a day.

The success rates over 20,000 subject trials have been variously reported between 84% to near 100%. Why so high? Because, according to the primary researcher, Dr Mehta, Rid-tobak addresses all four of the components of addiction.

Whereas nicotine replacement therapy (NRT) in the form of gum or patches helps handle the craving, and anxiety medications (Wellbutrin, etc) address the anxiety component of withdrawal, neither of them address the missing taste or kick from tobacco that are part of the behavior pattern smokers or chewers must escape.

Rid-tobak actually modifies the user’s experience of tobacco, so that he no longer finds it appealing. Tobacco becomes flat or even unpleasant tasting… but at the same time the kick of using it is gone and the anxiety of withdrawal is absent and craving is controlled. The product is offered on the Internet and after some time will be available in stores that carry herbal supplements, and eventually in pharmacies. The website also contains many links to topics on tobacco addiction.

The product is sold as an “Anti-tobacco Mouth Freshener” and the two week supply is sufficient for most people to completely escape from their tobacco use. It is unlikely that users of Rid-tobak will return to their habit because they have been impressed with a different and unattractive experience of tobacco… therefore, their perception of it is no longer that of a pleasant refuge or pastime, according to the manufacturer in Gujarat, India. Of course, for those who have a tendency to recidivism, it would still be wise to have a secondary supply of the product on hand.

The only caveat is that the addict must stick with using it until the supply is exhausted — about two weeks. By that time, for most people, behavior modification is complete.

At $ 24.95 MSRP (just 15% to 50% of the cost of competing products that address only one or two of the four aspects of addiction), Rid-tobak presents itself as the least expensive and potentially most effective aid for quitting tobacco currently available — whether by prescription or OTC.
