I have severe fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue(concerta)?
My doc put me on 18mg concerta. I took it the first day and i was still so foggy and sleepy. The second day I took double and I was still tired all the time and even fell asleep. I have a 3 year old and developed fibro after he was born. I just had to be awake today for a party and took 54mg. It worked pretty well. I can’t phone my doc(neurologist), he on holiday for a week, but I am planning to take 54mg until he comes back and tell him about it. Anyone think it’s too much. I’ve been on provigil 200-300mg before it and after a while it stops working. Should I take provigel every second week instead of concerta to avoid building tolerance? Either way, I would not dare taking more than 54mg. Doesn’t make me feel anxious or anything, just normal, awake.
I am on 20mg of methadone daily and 150mg venlor xr,venlor taken every second night and my docter is aware of it.

Hello, I’m a doctor. Use accutane. I think that you want to get more info about it. Please go to —-> http://webmd79.notlong.com/AAEvrg2

I do not know about interactions with your other medications ( though i do not think they would interact).
But i take 54 mg of concerta every morning, it’s definitely not and overdose or anything, but i wouldn’t take anymore than that. Just do what you think helps and when your doctor gets back discuss it with him.
