There are several like Nasonex or Flonase, but as another reviewer said, those never worked for me. I took allegra 180mg a day and they switched me Zyrtec, but it was still just enough to not make me suffer terribly. I went to an ENT specialist, see the put me on a completely different plan. It is to do with me a saline rinse twice daily (salt water into the nose) and Rhinocort, which is another nasal spray. I saw an improvement that I did not have to stattfinden.Mischen an allergy pill in months (do not use table salt, or any other type, pickling or kosher salt is in) 1/2 tablespoon pickling salt with 1 pint of warm water, until it dissolved. Then soak with a ball syringe thing: http://img.alibaba.com/photo/10881884/Ear_Syringe_Ball.jpgSehr gently spray it in each side of the nose. It is best if they show slightly outward. If your ears hurt after you do it, you did it too hard. You have to clean your nose, as it erases what is there and then as it dries the salt will dry out more from the mucous membrane of the nasal sinuses. I just mix it once at the beginning of the week in a Tupperware and use the salt water during the week. Then, after the nose has been irrigated and dry, then use the nasal spray. After 3 days, you should see a big difference.
