I have mild hypertension and take a little medicine for it. Before the medication I have tried ways to reduce my BP naturally. I took a reading before and within one minute after a 4 mile run (fast pace, about 6:20 / mile). There was no difference, the pressure was always a further 140 / 90th My pulse was typically runs 150 170.Da nothing else worked, I take 20mg lotensin and that does the trick. The BP medications have become much better in the last ten years, your doctor will have a suitable for you if you go visit. Ideal for your organs! Best of luck!
