I was often on my lower back, but especially on my hands, and my hands are so swollen a kind, it hurts pretty bad. Is there anything (other than ice), that might help? Thanks Best Answer (s):.

ibuprofen will help the swelling. I would also suggest that learning how to roller skate could be useful.
